JAMP-POD is a non-plugin based Internet Operating System (I.O.S.) application that tries to mimic as many of the normal OS features and functionality using only the current functionality of the modern web browser. It requires no plug-ins, or additional software to run; all that's needed is a javascript-enabled internet browser. JAMP-POD looks, acts, and feels like a normal operating system, but since it is a web-application, it is accessable from any computer with internet access.

JAMP-POD houses everything on it's own servers, including file storage, so users do not have to worry about wasting their own hard-drive space. With automatic file saving, real-time data retrieval, and full user-interactivity, everything is available to users at the touch of a button.

With a whole array of applications designed to pull from the best parts of current client-server applications, users do not have to re-learn how to do daily tasks to use JAMP-POD. And with themes, wallpapers, and personal settings, users can customize the look and feel of JAMP-POD to whatever makes them feel most comfortable while working.
